What do you think of my sci fi/fantasy novel idea?

Sounds strange and cannot relate too. But I guess at start every fantasy or sci-fi stories sound like that it all depends how you narrate it and present the idea with your own style . Wish you all the best and I read somewhere a good idea is nothing more than a trash unless you develop it.
