CSU to ivy league???

i am a jc student and i want to go to cal state long beach because it has a great business program. i was wondering, once i graduate from there with good grades, will i be able to apply to good universities like stanford, UNY, harvard, e.t.c or should i just go to uci for criminology and then apply.
