Is there an Israeli organization that hunts down Nazis?

And is it still operational? I heard about this elderly man that was taken into custody. He had changed his name and the authorities tracked him down as a Nazi officer that ran a concentration camp and he was hauled off. I am not sure if they get taken to Israel or Poland or Germany for trial. Is there an Israeli organization that hunts down Nazi war criminals? Currently?
