What should i wear with my black cami?

i'm having trouble picking out an out fit...lol i don't know if i should wear my black skirt, jean shorts, blue shorts from old navy, jeans, or a pair of really short shorts from hot topic with leggings underneath?Btw: for shoes im wearing my black converse
