What do I pack for a 10 day Alaskan Cruise Tour?

I leave for an Alaskan Cruise Tour on May 29th and I'm trying to be smart about packing. I hate packing because I always take too much clothes but then again I like a variety just in case. The ship is the Celebrity Millennium so I'm not sure how dressed up you have to be for dinner or the bars.
