How could i play the piano with cerebral palsy?

recently ive been really interested in playing piano and ive been trying to learn songs off youtube tutorials but how could i play with cerebral palsy cos i have little movement in my right hand fingers , not like they are stuck , i just cant move them much so its very very hard to play the songs i like , are there any methods to loosen up my fingers because when i play with my left hand my right hands fingers stick out stiffly ( sounds weird i no)like its about to slap something and it allwys moves the same way my left fingers do say if i move my left index finger , my right will do the same etc , its very hard , any help ??
